




At **GSI Storage Solutions**, we are seeking a proactive **Commercial Sales Representative** with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset to drive our sales growth and expand our client portfolio. **Requirements:** * **Age:** 25 to 40 years old * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Relations, Design, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related commercial field * Experience in prospecting and closing sales (preferably in industrial or commercial furniture or similar sectors) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Availability for fieldwork **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, in-person visits, and other methods defined by the Commercial Management team * Utilize various channels (in-person, telephone, digital) to finalize sales transactions * Prepare quotations and negotiate terms with prospective clients * Follow up on leads obtained from trade shows, conventions, and databases via phone calls, emails, and meetings * Represent the company professionally at events and commercial visits **Skills and Competencies:** * Results orientation and proactivity * Excellent verbal communication and ability to manage commercial relationships * Organizational skills and effective tracking of sales opportunities * Ability to work toward targets **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary plus commission structure * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,566.43 – $21,036.80 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
