




A growing logistics company is seeking a professional to develop and manage the customer portfolio for freight forwarding services, driving commercial growth through prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales of comprehensive logistics solutions, both nationally and internationally. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactive B2B prospecting of new customers for **freight forwarding** services (ocean, air, and land). * Management and development of the existing customer portfolio, ensuring long-term business relationships. * Identification of customers’ logistics needs and design of **tailor-made solutions**. * Preparation and follow-up of **quotations**, commercial negotiations, and sales closures. * Coordination with operational departments to ensure proper execution of sold services. * Post-sales follow-up and handling of commercial incidents. * Achievement of **commercial KPIs**: sales, margin, new customers, closed quotations. * Preparation of commercial reports and CRM updates. * Ongoing communication with suppliers and international offices. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum **2–4 years** of experience in logistics services sales. * Demonstrable experience as a **freight forwarder** (ocean, air, and/or land). * **English:** Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory for communication with international clients and suppliers). * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Experience in rate negotiation and quotation management.
