Document management and system updates **Position Objective** Support the coordination and tracking of assigned export and import shipments, ensuring proper execution of contracted services and effective communication among involved departments, customers, and suppliers. Contribute to meeting deadlines, cost control, and service quality, thereby strengthening the company’s logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support coordination and tracking of maritime and land shipments. * Communicate with customers and suppliers to update cargo status. * Assist in document management in accordance with customs and regulatory requirements. * Enter and update information in the operational system. **Requirements** * Final-semester student or recent graduate in International Business, International Trade, or related field. * Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Interest in logistics, international trade, and supply chain. * Proactive attitude and learning orientation. * Full-time availability (preferred), with flexibility for academic schedules. **Benefits** * Monthly financial support. * Opportunity for permanent employment upon completion of internship, subject to performance.
