If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **We are looking for:** Operations and Customs Coordinator **Position objective:** Manage, coordinate, and control the operations of the customs bonded warehouse, ensuring timely customs clearance in compliance with Customs, Commercial, and Tax Legislation, through the management of key programs and certifications such as AEO, VAT, and NOMs, as well as permits issued by SENER, Economy, and other government agencies. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Law, Public Accounting, or related fields. Degree holder. * **Experience:** +6 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * **Language:** Advanced English / Spoken **Responsibilities:** * Manage and control customs inventory and catalogs (Annex 22 and 31), ensuring proper integration and updating within the customs bonded warehouse system. * Manage and maintain active programs and certifications (AEO, VAT), as well as permits, NOMs, and other requirements before government authorities. * Supervise correct tariff classification, performance of customs brokers, and compliance with KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. * Validate internal audits, risk analyses, and regulatory changes (Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade, TIGIE, USMCA), guaranteeing compliance and correct operational implementation. * Optimize costs and ensure tax compliance through review of customs clearances, tax payments, certificates of origin, and applicable benefits. * Coordinate integration of customs information with Finance and other departments, as well as participation in internal projects and authority requests.
