Job Summary: Night Transportation Assistant/Coordinator manages transport operations, ensures operator and cargo safety, and maintains communication with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. GPS-based route monitoring and report generation **Night Transportation Assistant/Coordinator** **RESPONSIBILITIES:**  Monitor operators of external tractor units.  Verify routes.  Manage preventive maintenance.  Ensure safety for both operators and cargo.  Maintain communication with various departments.  Monitor routes via GPS system.  Authorize unit entries into the workshop.  Procure necessary supplies to ensure operators complete their trips correctly.  Prepare and submit reports to the Traffic Manager.  Review documents provided by operators (invoices, proof of delivery, waybills, etc.).  Verify that units possess all required documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:**  Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related field.  Experience: 1 year of experience in the transportation industry.  Flexible working hours.  Residency near the workplace: **WE OFFER:**  Base salary: $13,000 monthly / biweekly payments.  Compensation bonus.  Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, year-end bonus, INFONAVIT).  Shift: Monday to Friday.  10:00 pm to 6:00 am (or earlier if operations conclude), weekends included.  Growth opportunities.
