Documentation management and arrival monitoring **MARITIME IMPORT LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field * Age 25–35 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Committed * Punctual * Knowledge of and interest in logistics operations * Preference for direct customer interaction **Desirable experience in:** * Customs brokerage agencies * Import logistics * Land transportation **Basic knowledge of:** * Customs Law * Customs clearance procedures * Definitive imports **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordination with various departments within the agency * Direct communication with carriers * Direct contact with customers * Coordination with terminals and customs warehouses * Review and control of documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, transport documents, basic validation of customs entry forms (pedimentos) * Arrival monitoring * Scheduling with rail carriers (FFCC) * Modulations * Releases * Delivery timelines * Incident handling and follow-up until resolution * Regular status updates to customers and internal departments **Working Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 hrs. * 1-hour lunch break * Monthly salary: $12,000 (with potential for growth based on experience) * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
