We are currently seeking personnel for our team as INPLANT TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE (PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY). Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Immediate availability Basic Knowledge: * Logistics of Foreign Trade Operations * Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions * Sanitary Permits (Preferred) * Customer Service * Customs Documentation * Accounting for expense accounts Responsibilities: * Preparation and data entry of client documents (customs entries) * Support in procedures and applications before various authorities to ensure regulatory compliance * Responding to client requests regarding release status * Coordination of shipments with carriers * Submission of expense accounts to the accounting department * Handling and review of procedures before COFEPRIS * Review of non-tariff regulations * Expense accounts, reporting, and KPIs We Offer: * Salary based on experience and expertise * Work location: Calz. de Tlalpan 3092, Coapa, Ex\-Hacienda Coapa, Tlalpan, 04980 Ciudad de México, CDMX * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm, on-site * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (e.g., food vouchers, savings fund, etc.) Interested candidates must apply through this channel and attach their CV in PDF format.
