Engage with global customs regulations and internal trade policies **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Scholarship:** Foreign/International Trade, International Business or any related **Sex:** Indistinct **Age:** Over 27 **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in Foreign Trade and Customs **Knowledge:** Advanced or Intermediate English, Microsoft Office Management, Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Incoterms, Customs Legislation, preferably with knowledge of Prisma, IDM, PDM, Oracle systems and Free Trade Agreements **Personal aspects:** Leadership, work ethic, analytical skills, organized, ability to learn, proactive, responsible, ability to resolve conflicts, teamwork and performance under pressure and results-oriented. **FUNCTIONS OR TASKS** * Review Import/Export Documentation * Provide HTS\-facilitate for movement of goods (we will provide database and access to platforms to find HTS) * Provide Country of origin\- facilitate for movement of goods * Facilitate \-Free Trade Certificates\-facilitate for movement of goods\- We will provide access to files * Entry audits\- review import data to ensure broker is reporting correct HTS, Country of Origin, price, Incoterm terms, and all import data elements * Run and review for any inconsistencies\- customs portal reports * Address inconsistencies with customs brokers, request Post-entry corrections\- escalate to Global Import/Export Manager * Monitor entry filings are performed timely * Maintain compliance with global customs regulations and internal trade policies. * Prepare and analyze trade compliance reports and KPIs for management review. * Familiar with Global HTS classification * Support audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
