Technical advisory to clients on customs risks and obligations **Leader Match is seeking a FOREIGN TRADE SPECIALIST CDMX HYBRID in Cuauhtémoc \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A **tax consulting firm** in CDMX is seeking a **Foreign Trade Specialist** to ensure **customs compliance** and provide technical support to clients in import and export operations. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in foreign trade and/or consulting firms * **Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or International Business** * Practical knowledge of customs declarations (pedimentos), shipping documentation, and customs clearance procedures * Proficiency in the **Customs Law**, **General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE)**, and **Integrated Tariff of the Federation (TIGIE)** * Knowledge of **Mexican Official Standards (NOMs)** and non-tariff regulations/restrictions * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * English proficiency desirable **Responsibilities** * Review and validation of customs declarations (**tariff classification, values, codes, and duties**) * Calculation and reconciliation of foreign trade duties (**VAT, Special Tax on Production and Services (IEPS), Differential Tariff Adjustment (DTA), Import General Tax/Import General Equity Tax (IGI/IGE)**) * Compilation of case files and documentary support for tax and customs audits * Follow-up on incidents and regularization processes with customs brokers and authorities * Preparation of reports and evidence tracking per operation * Technical advisory to clients on customs risks and obligations **We Offer** * Salary: MXN 30,000 monthly * Hybrid work mode in CDMX (office located in the Cuauhtémoc area) * Professional development within a tax consulting firm. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Consulting, advisory, and business services *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69c2b2113700003700a23dfc\&source\=indeed
