We are seeking a **Foreign Trade Consultant** to join our team in **Querétaro, Querétaro**. **Objective:** Advisory and consulting services in customs and foreign trade matters. * Strategic planning for imports and exports. * Maquiladora industry and automotive industry. * Review and evaluation of foreign trade operations, identifying, analyzing, and assessing both tax and customs risks. * Study and analysis of import and export schemes. * IMMEX Customs Operations (Annex 24 and Annex 31 – Reconstruction). * Certification related to VAT and IEPS; tax implications (VAT, Income Tax, etc.). * Authorized Economic Operator (AEO & CTPAT); Rules of Origin; customs valuation; and tariff classification. * Process automation (Electronic File, etc.). **Profile:** Administrative / Commercial Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field. **Competencies:** * Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Knowledge of foreign trade and customs law. * Executive writing skills. * Transparent communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and coordination skills. **Join our team—if you meet the profile, we look forward to your application with your updated CV!** Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
