Negotiate with new suppliers. Likewise, based on supplier costs and project type, confirm quotations for clients. Request documents from suppliers, track their submission, review compliance, create a supplier file, request system registration, and coordinate with Finance. Collaborate with suppliers to conduct comparisons and present proposals to clients/requesters, following the procedures established in the system. **Responsibilities** * Preparation of quotations. * Handling quotation requests. * Supplier onboarding and system registration. * Supplier development. * Analysis and definition of profit margin targets for current operations and new projects, based on instructions from supervisors and managers. * Review and approval of quotations for clients and carriers. * Supplier onboarding with Finance and systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree * English proficiency * No prior experience required Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 – $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
