Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Business, or related field (degree obtained or in process of completion). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license. * Executive and corporate appearance. Essential Knowledge: * Coordination of logistics services: domestic and international freight. * Customs clearance for maritime, air, and land traffic. * Warehousing and inventory control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Operational management in the logistics and customs sector. Responsibilities: * Coordination and control of import and export processes. * Document review for customs clearance (operational and tax files). * Organization of goods receipt and removal at warehouse. * Generation of delivery routes by zone and date. * Tracking of delivery confirmations and reporting to clients. * Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Resolution of operational incidents.
