A leading customs services company, expanding its operations, is seeking your talent for the following position: **CUSTOMS TRAFFIC ANALYST (CUSTOMS BROKERAGE AGENCY)** **Job Requirements** * Age: 24–35 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Technical degree in International Trade or Customs; a bachelor’s degree in Commerce is desirable. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in shipping, traffic, and/or revalidation functions. * Knowledge of operational procedures before customs authorities and terminals, Annex 22, and RRNA regulations. **Job Responsibilities** * Review and notify ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for vessels entering port. * Review pending bills of lading requiring revalidation. * Support preparation of scheduled reference lists for revalidation and prior submissions. * Request payment for pending revalidations (with prior authorization from the Customer Service Executive) and submit them to the shipping line. * Support submission of DODA (Declaration of Goods), Simplified Customs Declarations, and Article 23 declarations for random selection (Modulation); schedule and conduct reviews in case of Customs Inspection (Export). * Support physical release at terminals when such terminals lack a web-based system; deliver physical release documentation to the shipping line or freight forwarder (Export). * Receive Simplified Customs Declarations for release (Import). * Assemble release packages with corresponding documents (Import). * Request transfer (where applicable) for release of goods within fiscalized facilities (Import). * Request payment of wharfage fees. * Release goods via internet, according to schedule (Import). * Release goods (less-than-container-load shipments) either online or physically (Import). * Prepare documentation packages for transportation delivery (Import). * Transfer containers between warehouses, per commercial agreements held by the Customs Brokerage Agency (Import). * Schedule Prior Submissions (Import). * Schedule deconsolidation and cargo separation operations (Import). * Complete forms for deconsolidation and cargo separation (Import). * Support filing of procedures with SADER, PROFECO, etc. (Import). * Submit Simplified Customs Declarations for rail transport (FFCC) for random selection (Modulation); schedule and conduct review in case of Customs Inspection (Import). * Track cargo across various warehouses. * Submit various procedures via the Customs Electronic Inbox (Buzón de la Aduana). * Support execution of Prior Submissions and Customs Inspections where applicable. * Prepare and pay for empty container handling operations across various yards. * Deliver empty container handling documentation. * Track return of empty containers at yards assigned by shipping lines. * Request demurrage calculations from various shipping lines. * Request funds for handling operations. * Prepare DODA (Declaration of Goods). * Track container damage incidents. * Process demurrage payments. * Deliver demurrage reports to the Customer Service Executive. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary range: $10,500.00–$13,200.00 gross * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term employment contract * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Biweekly food vouchers * Complimentary uniform * Life insurance (effective upon signing indefinite-term contract) * Training opportunities * Career advancement * Funeral expense assistance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00–$13,200.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site
