Constant communication with the customer and the warehouse regarding order status. **Job Objective:** Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements through order tracking, guaranteeing adherence to established service levels. **Requirements:** * Two years of experience in Customer Service, logistics, or order tracking. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience using warehouse ERP systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive customer requests for handling requirements; * Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure compliance with the service plan; * Maintain constant communication with the customer and the warehouse regarding order status, reports, or incidents; * Manage required services with suppliers for operations; * Support package delivery and receipt management; * Create and review performance indicators; * Generate and verify compliance with the cyclic counting plan. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 to $19,000 net per month * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Punctuality and attendance bonus Direct hiring by the company Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work location: Guadalajara Industrial Park Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
