




**Description:** **No call center // No cold calling** ***Primary responsibilities:*** * Collaborate with and support the local sales team in prioritized quotations for active customers. * Contact suppliers to follow up on required quotations. * Track pending quotations awaiting finalization; support tender processes. * Analyze quotations and compare optimal alternatives for both suppliers and customers. * Assist in processing orders, ensure timely follow-up across departments, and handle invoicing for customers served by the local sales team. * Invoice customers for sales completed by sales representatives. * Provide customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales follow-ups, performance metrics, etc. * Address requests from existing and prospective customers. * Identify and process suitable options among new and existing suppliers. * Promote the sale of obsolete stock materials across various platforms; coordinate communication between different sales warehouses to drive activity. **Secondary responsibilities:** * Prospect and onboard new customers. * Identify and create new market needs and opportunities. * Follow up to close sales. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, International Trade degree, or related field. * English proficiency: minimum 50%. * Professional appearance. * Punctual. * Proactive. * Organized. **We offer:** * **Full-time position.** * **Competitive salary.** * **LEARNING BONUS APPLIES ONLY FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.** (Details provided via phone call.) * Statutory benefits. * 100% payroll registration. * No probationary week. * Performance bonuses. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses, etc. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Meal vouchers (starting from the first completed month). * Toka Care benefits. * Accident insurance.
