Maintaining strong client relationships **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** Reports to: Commercial Manager and General Director **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 4 to 7 years in sales. Knowledge: Sales techniques, quotations, basic Excel. Skills: Communication, negotiation, results-oriented mindset, organization. **Position Objective:** Develop and manage CABFUN’s client portfolio, generate new sales opportunities, meet commercial targets, and ensure strong relationships that drive profitable and recurring sales. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Prospect new clients. \- Prepare and follow up on quotations. \- Close sales and coordinate orders with production and logistics. \- Maintain post-sales relationships with clients. \- Record commercial activities and report results. \- Support preventive collections. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** \- Monthly sales. \- New clients. \- Closing rate. \- Average ticket size. \- Overdue portfolio. **WE OFFER:** Base monthly salary: $20,000 \- $25,000 MXN \+ Statutory benefits \+ Commission scheme Commission scheme: \- 0.5% on sales upon achieving 70% to 99% of target. \- 1% on sales upon achieving 100% to 129% of target. \- 2% on sales upon achieving 130% or more of target.
