Report information to the Mechanical Workshop Management and Finance. Impact of this role and key deliverables * Create work orders (OT), PEP elements, and request budgets for manufacturing. * Collect required information for CE to validate the tariff classification with AA in case of export. * Invoice and track receipt of tooling into the customer’s warehouse. * Support creation of purchase requisitions (solped) and track arrival of required materials. * Support creation of purchase requisitions (solped) and track arrival of required materials. * Generate necessary reports for management and executive leadership. * Support annual inventory planning and organization. * To carry out these responsibilities, the following is required: * Excel proficiency at minimum 70%. * Access proficiency. * Full mastery (100%) of SAP financial, sales, and warehouse transaction codes (TX). * Minimum 50% English language proficiency. * Basic knowledge of International Trade. * Knowledge of Finance and Accounting. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Administration**Required Language** -------------------- Intermediate English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- 5 years **Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
