




Ensure accurate identification of actual costs in export operations versus amounts invoiced to each client, thereby guaranteeing profitability for each transaction. Comply with customs legislation by preparing and maintaining physical and electronic records to mitigate tax risks in accordance with SAT regulations. Responsibilities: * Generate and maintain physical and electronic records of operations for the past five years. * Coordinate the sending and receipt of documentation with customs agents and legal representatives. * Supervise compliance with customs requirements (Article 36 of the Customs Law) and internal policies. * Record and update information in databases for control and biweekly/monthly reporting. * Support expense and provision controls in the ORACLE system in accordance with company policies. * Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain up-to-date documentation and prevent risks during SAT audits. * Ensure compliance with EHS policies, asset security, and operational excellence. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or Public Accounting. * Minimum of one year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of customs and tax legislation (SAT, customs rulings). * Proficiency in database management and electronic file handling.
