Commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace **Mexproud Shipping** is a leading international logistics and transportation company with 28 years of experience delivering **comprehensive forwarding solutions** worldwide. **What you need to join our team:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Experience: minimum 2\-3 years, preferably in a logistics company * Knowledge of international trade * Advanced Excel skills, ability to consistently track activities **Your responsibilities will include:** * Weekly receipt and review of supplier account statements (agents, land services, shipping lines, etc.) * Verification of financial information: account reconciliation, system entries, and accruals * Weekly scheduling and disbursement of supplier payments, both credit and non-credit * Tracking of pending payments, disputes, or discrepancies identified with suppliers * Comparison of SUA vs. system records to ensure correct application of payments and accruals * Onboarding of new suppliers into the system and coordination with the Pricing department for registration * Receipt, recording, and control of documentation related to payments and invoicing * Tracking of guarantee recoveries from suppliers and updating their status in the system * Timely notification to suppliers regarding scheduled payments and corresponding disbursements * Approval and control of disbursements in USD and local currency, ensuring compliance with policies and authorized amounts **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: * 30-day year-end bonus * Meal vouchers * Monthly bonus of 7% * Comprehensive medical insurance (major, minor, and preventive) * Gym membership * Discounts at partner establishments * **Birthday day off and bonus** * Professional development plan in a stable and growing company **Interested in joining our team?
