




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, control, and execution of materials in the warehouse, ensuring system registration and operational and administrative tracking of 3PL logistics activities. Opportunities for improvement in third-party operational processes. **Objective:** Supervise and coordinate material receipt, control, and execution activities in the warehouse, ensuring accurate system registration (NetSuite), operational and administrative tracking of logistics activities performed by 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers, and compliance with established internal procedures. **Responsibilities:** · Track deliveries and movements carried out by external logistics operators (3PL) in the system (Oracle NetSuite). · Coordinate with logistics providers on delivery execution, monitoring timelines, documentation, and supporting evidence. · Ensure physical material inspections (receipts and shipments) are supported by photographs and correctly uploaded to the system. · Verify that inventory movements executed by the 3PL are accurately recorded and reflected in NetSuite. · Identify and report any deviations, shortages, or irregularities detected in 3PL operations. · Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations, ensuring physical inventory at the 3PL location matches system records. · Maintain constant communication with logistics providers, as well as with internal logistics, warehouse, import/export, and planning departments. · Support operational and administrative warehouse activities at the assigned location, as required by team needs. · Propose opportunities for improvement in third-party operational processes aligned with ROCKA standards. · Support local warehouse or administrative activities. **Competencies:** · Education: Technical High School; Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Minimum experience: 2 years in logistics and/or warehouse operations. · Experience using inventory control systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP). · Knowledge of material receipt, execution, and warehouse inbound/outbound control processes. · Organizational skills, inventory control capabilities, and ability to track purchase and order documentation. · Vendor interaction skills. · Preferred: experience with logistics operators or outsourced warehouses.
