Career development. **We’re looking for our next UX/UI Designer!** **Location:** Tlalpan/South Zone, 5 minutes from Metrobús Perisur / CU metro station We are transforming our customers' digital experience and need a creative, strategic, and highly technical individual to help us design memorable, functional, and accessible digital products. * **What will you do?** You will join a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Marketing to ideate, design, and validate user-centered digital solutions. * **Responsibilities:** * Application of **Design Thinking** and **Double Diamond** methodologies. * Conducting **benchmarks** of direct and indirect competitors. * User research and interviews to understand needs and validate usability. * Development of **user personas, customer journeys, empathy maps, site maps, wireframes, and user flows**. * Design of **high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Protopie**. * Creation of **microinteractions, animations, and Lottie elements**. * Definition and maintenance of **design systems**. * Documentation of processes, changes, and adjustments. * Presentation and defense of design proposals and research findings. * Adherence to **usability principles, heuristics, digital accessibility**, and **Gestalt theory**. * Creation of visual presentations for **Marketing and Sales** teams. * **Technical Requirements:** * Proficiency in **Figma** and **Protopie**. * In-depth knowledge of **digital typography, color theory, usability, and accessibility**. * Research techniques: **interviews, shadowing, card\-sorting, surveys, usability testing, and prototype testing**. * Ability to abstract insights from research and translate them into visual solutions. * Proficiency in graphical representation: **Gantt charts, waterfall charts, pie charts, Venn diagrams, evolution curves**. * Knowledge of **behavioral economics** applied to digital design. * Excellent spelling. * ✨ **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday working hours * Statutory benefits * Career development * Free medical clinic * Free nutritionist * Low-cost dentist. **Join our team and design digital experiences that connect, inspire, and transform.**
