We are seeking an Insurance Operations Executive - TEMPORARY 4 MONTHS DUE TO EMPLOYEE LEAVE Responsibilities: Using internal reports (control desk), execute and ensure timely response to internal requests for issuing OTs (service orders) for document issuance according to the General Information System. Achieve individual targets for number of transactions within time (TRC) and premium amounts (MRT), as well as accurate, timely, and high-quality data registration in the system. Key Activities: * Execute and ensure timely responses to internal departments within established timeframes * Register, generate, and send OTs to insurance companies within required timelines * Daily review of pending lists to anticipate deviations in issuance times * Review issued documents to ensure issuance quality, strictly adhering to departmental and executive directives * Record issued documents in the system with strict adherence to information quality standards for all involved departments * Notify requesters upon completion of procedures, including any specific details that may arise We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work arrangement * Work schedule from Monday to Friday Work Location: Artz Pedregal, CDMX Don't hesitate to apply and join our team at SEKURA|AER!
