




Position Summary: The Gran Hotel Ciudad de México is seeking a Sales Executive to increase occupancy and revenue by developing strong business relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies. Analyze market trends, competition, and occupancy behavior. ***GRAN HOTEL CIUDAD DE MÉXICO IS SEEKING*** **SALES EXECUTIVE** **Position Objective** Increase hotel occupancy and revenue through the sale of rooms, group bookings, events, and services, while building strong business relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key accounts. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. * Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships. * Promote hotel rates, packages, agreements, and services. * Respond to quotation requests for rooms, groups, banquets, and events. * Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the hotel’s guidelines. * Follow up on leads until sale closure. * Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, banquets, front office, operations). * Prepare contracts, agreements, and sales reports. * Participate in trade fairs, business visits, and promotional events. * Analyze market trends, competition, and occupancy behavior. **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 1–3 years in hotel sales or the tourism industry. * Experience selling rooms, group bookings, and/or events. * Prior experience with corporate clients and travel agencies is preferred. **Knowledge** * Hotel industry and sales channels. * Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, CRS) and CRM. * Sales negotiation and closing techniques. * Preparation of quotations and contracts. * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **Competencies and Skills** * Effective communication and professional demeanor * Results-oriented * Customer service orientation * Negotiation skills * Organization and follow-up ability * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Staff cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
