You will be responsible for talent management across the organization—from recruitment, hiring, training, to termination. Build, maintain, and promote a strong employer reputation. Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Human Resources Department to optimize resources across all processes and foster an environment aligned with our higher purpose. * Strategic HR Management: human capital planning, budgeting, recruitment, layoffs, succession planning, and national/international transfers * Communication and organizational culture: ensure effective internal communication channels, promote Hyatt values, respect, dignity, and a positive working environment * Training and development: training programs, incentives, talent retention, mentoring, and goal tracking * Labor administration: payroll management, salaries, benefits, contracts, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor legislation * Safety and prevention: occupational risk protocols, hygiene, internal policies, and international operational standards * Flexibility and leadership: schedule availability, adaptability to change, and building efficient teams Qualifications * Minimum of over 3 years’ experience as HR Director or Head of HR in ultra-luxury hospitality * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field * Strong project management skills (including HR system implementation and HR function establishment) * Prior experience in opening ultra-luxury hotels * Solid knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law * Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and positivity in all interactions with employees * Exceptional administrative and information technology skills * Bilingual in Spanish and English * Experience in payroll management, including taxes, social security, benefits, and insurance
