




Job Summary: Execute receiving, stocking, inventory, and shipping activities to ensure operational efficiency of the distribution center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage merchandise movement data to keep stock updated. 2. Conduct inventory audits and physical verifications. 3. Optimize the warehouse through location management and merchandise flow. **Job Objective:** Execute receiving, stocking, inventory, and shipping activities to ensure operational efficiency of our distribution center. **1\. Control and Recordkeeping (Data Management)** * **Recording movements:** Log daily merchandise receipts and shipments in databases (Excel) to maintain real-time stock updates. * **Coding and labeling:** Assign codes, identification labels, and specific locations to each product to facilitate tracking. **2\. Audit and Physical Verification** * **Cyclic and periodic counts:** Conduct physical inventories (daily, weekly, or monthly) to compare actual stock against system records. * **Reconciliation of discrepancies:** Investigate and report shortages, overages, or variances, identifying root causes. * **Shrinkage and damage control:** Identify, segregate, and report obsolete, damaged, or near-expiry products. **3\. Warehouse Optimization** * **Location management:** Organize storage space to maximize capacity and ensure high-turnover products are easily accessible (slotting). * **FIFO/LIFO handling:** Ensure merchandise flow complies with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) principles to prevent losses due to expiry or aging. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
