Support receiving, control, storage, and distribution of health supplies, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices, inventory control, and delivery support as required. **Functions and responsibilities** * Receive and verify goods against invoices and delivery notes. * Validate batches, expiration dates, and physical conditions of pharmaceutical products. * Record entries and exits in the SAE system. * Prepare orders for customers and delivery routes. * Support physical and cyclical inventory counts. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and signage. * Report losses, damaged or expired products. * Support order deliveries, operating a motorcycle or automobile as required. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitary regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary school or high school **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical distributor warehouse** * Demonstrable experience in **SAE system operation** **Technical knowledge** * **SAE** system (mandatory) * Inventory control * Good Storage Practices * Basic Excel usage **Additional requirements** * Valid driver’s license (**motorcycle and automobile**) * Experience operating **standard motorcycles and cars** * Availability to support local deliveries Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
