




Job Summary: Responsible for delivering excellent service at the Reception and for attending to Clients and Guests during check-in and check-out, in accordance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides efficient, courteous, and fluent service to clients and guests. 2. Proficient in office equipment operation and interpersonal skills. 3. Agile in resolving both routine and special situations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unspecified English language proficiency: Intermediate Age: 20–35 * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field; or Technical Degree in Tourism * Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels of equal or higher category **KNOWLEDGE** * Basic computer software proficiency and Front INNSIST system * Knowledge of tourism trends within the hotel industry and customer service hospitality practices * General knowledge for emergency situations * Knowledge of switchboard operation **SKILLS** * Proficiency in office equipment and computer systems * Interpersonal skills * Ability to handle complaints, stressful situations, and emergencies * Internal and external communication skills * Agility in resolving both routine and special situations **FUNCTION:** Responsible for delivering excellent service at the Reception and for attending to our Clients and/or Guests during check-in and check-out, in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards, providing efficient, courteous, and fluent service, and communicating all policies, procedures, programs, and special events relevant to the scope of responsibilities.
