




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional to handle internal customers' requests, manage incidents in real time, and propose service improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to and management of internal customers' requests and incidents. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Remote technical support and service improvement. Technical Support Requirements * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. * Domain Server administration. * Knowledge of Hand Held devices. * Configuration of Zebra printers and multifunctional devices. * Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11. * Office suite versions 2019 and 365. * Knowledge of Cisco (APs and Switches). Responsibilities * Handling internal customers' requests or incidents. * Managing real-time responses to support tickets. * Proposing service improvements for users. * Providing remote technical assistance, among other duties. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
