You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations across warehouse, ramp, import, export, and customs functions—ensuring all activities comply with national and international aviation regulations, as well as DHL’s internal programs and policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with **driving process improvements**, resolving operational challenges, and fostering cross-team collaboration to optimize workflow across DHL’s various operational processes. **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead MTY operations and supervise two cargo agents, ensuring task assignment, shift coordination, training, and hands-on support during operational peaks or contingencies. * Execute and monitor all cargo handling processes (acceptance, documentation, ULD handling, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, High-Value Shipments, and Sensitive Shipments), coordinating with stakeholders from warehouse, security, ramp, airline, customs, and agents. * Work autonomously under remote supervision, maintaining reliable communication, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of workflows. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma. * 2 years of experience. * Basic oral and written English skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work effectively in a team, with attention to detail, organizational skills, proactivity, adaptability, and commitment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * **Preferred knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Build Up (Advance Level), Live Animals, Airside Awareness.**
