Responsibilities for this position include: * Machine inspection. * Report generation. * Data entry. * Information analysis. * Accurately reporting problems and errors. * Conducting computer system analysis and developing system manuals. * Providing technical support to users. * Performing preventive maintenance on equipment: monitors, connectors, fuses, etc., as well as computers, printers, and operational systems. * Maintaining the internet network. * Ensuring proper functioning of the email network. * Performing corrective maintenance on equipment. * Reporting any equipment deterioration. * Ensuring proper operation of machines and business processes. * Proposing, advising on, and supporting technology-driven process efficiency and cost-reduction projects. * Evaluating IT resources.
