We are seeking a detail\-oriented Systems Technician to support the technical operations of our live casino studio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure uninterrupted live\-streaming, game integrity, and overall system performance. This position plays a key role in keeping our studio operations running smoothly and reliably. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and availability. * Provide technical support for all systems involved in daily operations. * Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware\-related technical incidents. * Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. * Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with internal standards. * Document incidents, solutions, and system changes when required.
