We require a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting Experience: 6 months–1 year in a similar position Skills: * Problem solving * Clear communication * Organization * Teamwork * Customer service orientation * Logical thinking and process orientation Technical knowledge: * General accounting (journal entries, trial balance, financial statements) * Accounting processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations * ERP system proficiency (accounting and finance modules) * Basic configuration of accounting charts of accounts and cost centers Main responsibilities: * Handle and follow up on ERP-related incidents via telephone and help desk. * Analyze errors in journal entries, transfers, and accounting records. * Assist with configuration and parameterization of the accounting system. * Train users on correct system usage. * Document solutions and develop supporting manuals or guides. * Escalate technical incidents to the development team when necessary.
