**Shipping Assistant** **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of inventory, guaranteeing the proper flow of materials to maintain continuity of production lines and meet objectives of the Environmental Management System. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer activities that ensure preservation and proper handling of raw materials. * Supervise the correct flow of receipts and material location. * Ensure data integrity in ERP system (AS400 or similar) transactions. * Execute and follow up on cycle counts, reporting discrepancies and ensuring accurate adjustments. * Implement continuous improvement plans based on KPIs (Dashboard). * Maintain optimal inventory levels (maximum and minimum). * Comply with commitments of ISO 14001:2015. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Experience with ERP systems (AS400 or similar). * Knowledge of MRP, Item Master, and ABC classification. * Operation of warehouse equipment and forklift experience. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.
