Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure coordination of shipments and tracking orders. 2. Handle tracking orders and correctly scan shipments. 3. Provide service and support to internal and external customers. Commercial City: BAJA CALIFORNIA Publication Date: Jan 30, 2026 Schedule: 11 AM – 8 PM Description: General Purpose: Ensure that shipment coordination and tracking order processes are carried out in accordance with Operational Cycles to meet established performance indicators and satisfy customer needs. Main Functions: 1. Execute the processes outlined in the Operational Cycles Manual, ensuring correct scanning of incoming and outgoing shipments entering the area, and handling Tracking Orders promptly and accurately to provide timely service to our customers. 2. Contact customers whose shipments lack required delivery information, in order to obtain accurate data and ensure proper delivery in accordance with the contracted service guarantee. 3. Update and submit daily the processed shipment report at the banking operations level, to maintain control over all incidents. 4. Provide service and support to external and internal customers. 5. Enter call and coordination records into the Shipment Control Agenda system.
