




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with expertise in networking, computer system configuration, CCTV, and remote support to assist users and maintain equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users 2. Configuration and maintenance of computer systems 3. Use of AnyDesk for remote support **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Basic networking knowledge (jack termination, RJ45, patch panel assembly, cable management) * Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues. * Configure and maintain computer and technological systems. * Configure switches, access points, etc. * Conduct software and hardware testing. * Install and update software and hardware. * Document technical issues thoroughly along with required solutions. * Provide user training on the use of computer and technological systems. * Basic knowledge of CCTV and audio equipment configuration and installation * Proficiency in using AnyDesk for remote support. * Help Desk **Requirements:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Direct customer interaction experience * Must be able to drive a standard vehicle. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the field * Flexible working hours * Excellent personal presentation * Basic English (technical) * Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (Telecommunications Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
