




Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to manage unit documentation, customer service, and administrative procedures at a Chevrolet dealership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage unit documentation and accounting procedures 2. Provide internal and external customer service 3. Handle Microsoft Office software and document control CHEVROLET CUAUTLA DEALERSHIP IS SEEKING: ***SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience. * Minimum high school education. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Document handling and control. * Customer service (internal and external). **Job Description:** * Prepare a file for each acquired unit. * Audit all complete files and prepare delivery documentation for units. * Safeguard files and process accounting-related paperwork. * Ensure test drive records are entered into the company’s system. * Scan all units scheduled for delivery and send scans to accounting, as well as scan physical documents. * Issue release vouchers for test drives. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,540 * Statutory benefits.
