This role requires bilingual communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels. * Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or behavioral assessments. * Communicate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates. * Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and generate basic reports. * Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve candidate experience and processes. Experience and requirements **Requirements:** * 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bilingual environments. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard recruitment tools. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
