Leadership **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits with support from internal and external auditors * Validate documents, assign official document control labels, and manage authorization. * Assign audit dates per branch, requesting authorization from management. * Notify stakeholders of audit dates and objectively outline review guidelines. * Conduct audits following guidelines and requirements according to the QMS. * Quality Management System Leader * Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement alternatives, set implementation timelines, and continue with follow-up audits. * Communicate to stakeholders the frequency of measurements established by management. * Receive failures, non-conformities, improvement suggestions, or complaints, and form a working team. * Conduct root cause analysis and thoroughly verify underlying causes. * Establish detailed corrective actions, including responsible personnel, commitment deadlines, and required resources. * Carry out, publish, and maintain an updated physical 5S folder and its fixed assets.
