Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to support the execution of the payroll process, ensuring timely calculation of payroll incidents and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation. 2. Recording and validation of payroll incidents. 3. Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who can support the accurate execution of the payroll process, ensuring timely calculation of payroll incidents, legal compliance, and employee assistance. Support in weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. Minimum verifiable experience: 1 year. Responsibilities * Support in weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation. * Recording and validation of payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities). * Calculation of severance payments and settlements (basic/intermediate level). * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS. * Control and archiving of payroll receipts. * Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries. * Support in administrative reporting for the department. * Recording payroll incidents in the NOI system. * Payroll receipt stamping. * Downloading Infonavit Credit Retention Notices. * Generating IMSS and INFONAVIT Compliance Opinions. * Generating FONACOT Loan Payment Schedules.
