JOB REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Degree required) – MANDATORY. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Social Security Law (LIMSS), and their applicable regulations related to Payroll. * Accounting management of payroll. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi or COI and EXCEL. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recording attendance-related incidents according to attendance lists. * Affiliation transactions (registrations, terminations, salary adjustments). * Calculation of payroll for 1,000 employees. * Payment of employer obligations (employer-employee social security contributions and ISN). * Administration of benefits (savings fund, food vouchers, and gasoline vouchers).
