




Job Summary: A professional with solid training in Public Accounting or a related field to comprehensively manage payroll, labor obligations, social security, and audit support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll and labor obligations autonomously. 2. Advanced handling of SUA and Aspel NOI. 3. Support for internal and external audits. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Courses and updates in: * Labor legislation and social security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and processing (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). * Determination of employer-employee contributions in SUA. * Reconciliation and validation of EMA and EBA against the internal system. * Calculation and filing of the payroll tax (3%). * Preparation of severance and settlement documents. * Management of payroll incidents: vacations, disabilities, leaves of absence, and overtime hours. * Payroll CFDI stamping. * Compliance with obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax authorities. * Management and compliance with REPSE, SIROC, and SISUB obligations. * Support for internal and external audits. **Key Competencies** * Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation. * Advanced handling of SUA and Aspel NOI. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization, professional ethics, and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
