Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible professional to handle payroll calculation and processing, administration of contributions and loans, and administrative support for the Human Resources department. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in weekly and biweekly payroll calculation. 2. Management of IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot loan contributions. 3. Calculation of severance pay and final settlements. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in payroll calculation**. * Experience managing payroll for **more than 200 employees**. * Experience in **weekly and biweekly payroll processing**. * Knowledge and experience with: * Calculation and payment of **IMSS** and **Infonavit** (employer-employee contributions). * **Fonacot**. * **Calculation of severance pay and final settlements**. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with payroll systems or ERP software is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Calculation and payment of employer-employee contributions (IMSS and Infonavit). * Administration of Fonacot loans. * Calculation of severance pay and final settlements in accordance with applicable law. * Tracking and updating personnel records (hires, terminations, modifications). * Addressing employee inquiries related to their payroll. * Administrative support to the Human Resources department. Candidate Profile * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Organized, responsible individual with a high level of confidentiality. * Detail-oriented and process-compliant. * Ability to work under operational pressure and meet strict deadlines.
