**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensures efficient solutions to guarantee service at DHL Express Service Centers. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Designs and modifies material transportation routes through route planning, testing, and implementation of new routes, ensuring shipment transit times so customers receive their materials on time. * Ensures efficient solutions to guarantee service at client facilities where in-house couriers operate. * Generates timely and accurate information required to measure performance indicators for each process. * Coordinates and authorizes supply and uniform requests for staff, ensuring necessary working materials are available and maintaining an appropriate corporate image for clients, in accordance with DHL’s established guidelines. * Ensures staff motivation, focusing on promoting values and team development to foster a pleasant work environment and enhance productivity. **PROFILE:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (completed). * English: Intermediate / Advanced * Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Advanced level * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing operational staff and knowledge of national land transportation networks. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **We would be delighted to receive your application!** DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
