**Job Objective:** Ensure up-to-date operational control of warehouses, guaranteeing orderly material inflows and outflows, supporting basic maintenance tasks, as well as activities inherent to the job description. **Responsibilities:** \-Maintain updated physical and digital inventory counts across the three assigned warehouses. \-Record and control material, supply, and minor asset inflows and outflows. \-Implement order and classification within warehouses (labeling, location, and inventory tagging). \-Assist in preparing periodic inventory and movement reports. \-Ensure optimal storage conditions regarding safety, cleanliness, and order. \-Support basic facility maintenance tasks. **Knowledge Requirements:** \-Basic inventory management and warehouse control \-Fundamentals of preventive maintenance, tools, and basic equipment \-Intermediate Excel proficiency and administrative control systems \-Standard vehicle operation (driver’s license mandatory) \-Lawnmower operation **Desired Experience:** Inventory control, warehousing, computer equipment handling, and gardening equipment operation. **Skills:** \-Numerical aptitude \-Productivity \-Organization and planning ability.
