· Monitor GPS platform for fleet units continuously, 24/7 · Immediately notify clients via email when a GPS unit disconnects or stops reporting; coordinate investigation with recovery teams and follow up by emailing clients the investigation results; in case of GPS failure, schedule an appointment with the supplier · Responsible for remote engine cutoff on the platform — PRACE and MLS units at 5:00 AM · Responsible for remote engine cutoff on the platform — FIMECO units at 4:00 AM · Responsible for generating a weekly mileage report for each PRACE–MLS unit, as well as a separate weekly mileage report for the FIMECO account · Analyze GPS historical data for units, collect frequently occurring coordinates, and collaborate closely with recovery teams to carry out recoveries for MLS, FIMECO, and PRACE–MLS accounts · Review prospective customer databases (license plate, VIN, address, name) · Search platforms (REPUVE / RAPI) for units recovered under MLS responsibility · Locate and recover stolen PRACE, FIMECO, and MLS units within 24 hours, working collaboratively and in coordination with recovery teams · Respond to client emails requesting information regarding the GPS activity of a specific unit · Perform any other tasks assigned by the General Director, the Director of Operations and Planning, the Recovery Manager, or the Control Center Coordinator **Work Schedule:** · Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Sunday is a day off) · Salary: $12,000 MXN net per month (paid biweekly) · Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
