




Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to provide telephone assistance to users, install software and hardware, and perform maintenance on computer systems. Key Highlights: 1. PROFILE AND OFFERING * Statutory benefits * Bachelor’s degree or certified Technical Diploma in Information Technologies, Computer Science/Computing, or related field. * 1 year of end-user support experience in a Service Desk; ITIL V3 or V4 certification is optional. * Technical-level English proficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide telephone technical support upon user request to ensure company operational continuity and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Install and uninstall software and hardware. * Install and configure computer equipment. * Prevent, detect, and eliminate virus outbreaks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various IT devices. * Administer Active Directory (AD). * Manage email accounts. * Generate user support tickets. * Liaise with vendors. * Maintain inventory records. * Track warranty periods. * Ensure proper use of IT systems. * Answer incoming calls and guarantee the required service level. * Monitor and manage service tickets: network connections, installations, configurations for high-tech projects. * Review technical specifications for equipment in tenders.
