




We are looking for a responsible, organized individual with an excellent service attitude to handle customer service and shipment management, including the generation and printing of shipping labels. Responsibilities * Customer service via WhatsApp, social media, and email. * Address customer inquiries, track orders, and provide clarifications. * Generate and print shipping labels (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS, etc.). * Verify shipment data prior to dispatch and coordinate with the packing department. * Monitor delayed shipments and file reports when necessary. * Maintain records and tracking of dispatched orders. Requirements * Basic computer skills. * Strong writing and communication abilities. * Organizational skills, punctuality, and accountability. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving focus. Desirable (not mandatory): Customer service experience. * Logistics or e-commerce experience. * Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
