




Position Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support specialist to participate in a domain migration project, ensuring the transfer and configuration of user profiles. Key Highlights: 1. Resolution of Level 1 incidents and escalation of issues **Position Description** **Level 1 Technical Support** to participate in a **domain migration** project, ensuring correct transfer and configuration of **user profiles.** **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users during migration to a new domain. * Configure **user profiles** * Ensure proper device joining to the new domain. * Access to applications, printers, shared folders, * Resolve Level 1 incidents related to authentication, credentials, network, and basic applications. * Escalate issues to the Level 2 team when necessary. **Requirements** * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year in technical support** (help desk or service desk). * Basic/intermediate level in: Active Directory (user creation, deletion, and modification). * Windows profiles (copying, migration, backup). * Basic networking and connectivity. * M365 tools (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams). * Ability to support end users. * Ability to follow processes and work toward project goals.
