




Due to growth, Grupo CAPSA is seeking: * Kitchen Assistant for the Nova cafeteria, located across from San Lorenzo **Requirements:** 1. One month to one year of verifiable experience in a similar position. 2. Age: 18–50 years old. 3. Teamwork skills. 4. Flexible availability for work hours. **Mandatory:** 1. Knowledge of Yucatecan regional cuisine. 2. Proactive and responsible individual. 3. Service-oriented attitude. 4. Ability to work under pressure. 5. Consistent adherence to established sanitation protocols. **Responsibilities:** 1. Maintain orderly shelves and storage areas with properly labeled products. 2. Keep trash bins clean both externally and internally, ensuring no overflow; remove garbage at the end of each shift. 3. Prepare containers with water and chlorine for disinfecting kitchen utensils, fruits, and vegetables. 4. Ensure availability of soap dispensers, hand soap, and antibacterial gel in the kitchen. 5. Maintain and verify cleanliness and disinfection of equipment, machinery, utensils, culinary tools, and all items used in the work area. 6. Perform continuous cleaning of work areas, floors, refrigerators, freezers, shelves, and appliances. 7. Prepare and process raw ingredients for service (peeling, cutting, marinating, assembling dishes). 8. Provide support as required in service or production areas. 9. Carry out pre-production tasks and inventory preparation for the following day. 10. Verify and safeguard labeled products, applying the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) warehouse system. 11. Check stock levels of sauces and side dishes for the service line; replenish if necessary. 12. Maintain sauce line at appropriate serving temperature (always using ice to prevent spoilage). 13. Label all processed, raw, and stored food items. 14. Ensure thorough cleaning at all times. 15. Conduct proper and consistent disinfection of the dining area. **We offer:** 1.
