




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide preventive and corrective technical support, both remotely and on-site, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for Windows systems, Office suite, servers, and networks. 2. Equipment maintenance and configuration, incident resolution. 3. Support in communications infrastructure management. We require an IT Technician with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office suite, servers, computing equipment, and networks. The candidate must deliver preventive and corrective technical support, both remotely and on-site, ensuring the proper operation of equipment and technological infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance: keyboards, monitors, and peripherals. Configure new thin clients (TC). Inspect, diagnose, and resolve incidents on terminals (TM). Configure QS remotely and on-site. Calibrate touch-screen monitors. Assist with installation and uninstallation of terminals and computing equipment. Inspect and maintain communications rooms and IDF locations. Provide general user support to ensure PCs, networks, and software remain operational. Document performed activities and track incidents. Etc. Requirements: Knowledge of: Windows operating system (all common versions). Office suite. PC hardware and peripherals. Basic servers (configuration, monitoring, and support).
